Shipping and Handling

Ensuring the timely delivery of your product is our utmost priority, and every day we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers worldwide. While we strive to expedite the process, please understand that due to the international locations of our warehouses, exact shipping times may vary, and next-day delivery is not always feasible.

Processing Time: Upon receipt of your payment, we initiate the order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging process. This typically takes between 1 to 4 additional days.

Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, it is shipped from our warehouse to your destination. While we aim for a shipping time of 7 to 12 days, please note that actual shipping times may fluctuate.

Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, enabling you to conveniently monitor the status of your delivery on our website at any time using our tracking page. If you paid via the Shop app, you can also track your order directly through the app. While most of our shipping partners provide tracking services, we cannot guarantee this in every case.
